If you are experiencing issues with an AINSORA product, please complete the form below and our support team will arrange repair and return.
How it works
01Submit form
Fill in your contact details, shipping address, and a description of the fault for each product. Attach photos or documents if relevant.
02Support review
Our team reviews your submission within 1–2 business days and confirms RMA eligibility. You will be notified by email with the outcome.
03Return instructions
Once approved, you receive a shipping label and packing instructions. Pack the unit securely and drop it off at the specified carrier.
04Repair / replacement
The unit is assessed on arrival. Faulty units are repaired or replaced and shipped back to the address provided in your request.
