Remote

Live virtual session conducted over a video conferencing platform. Effective for introductory overviews, configuration walkthroughs, and teams distributed across multiple locations.

Product-specific

Focused on a single product: installation, configuration, interface, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Designed for engineers who need deep familiarity with one platform before a deployment.

Solution-specific

Covers an end-to-end deployment scenario spanning multiple products — for example, a PtP backhaul link paired with a sector base station and CPEs. Designed for teams responsible for full network delivery rather than individual devices.
